  • Courses may be added according to published dates unless the course has reached its census date, which is affected by the length of the course (see note below defining census date).

  • Courses may be dropped with a 75% refund through the census date, according to state guidelines. 

  • Students who haven't attended at least one class period or logged in to an online class by the census date of the course will be dropped and denied access.  For detailed information, click here to visit our policy.  

  • The census date for each course is 10% of the course.  For 8-week online classes, the 10% point is 4 working days into the class.  For 16-week online classes, the 10% point is 8 working days into the class.  For seated classes, the census is 10% of the actual meeting time.  Questions?  Contact your instructor, the Eagle's 1-Stop, or the Records and Registration Office.

** It is recommended that students who register through WebAdvisor consult with their advisor before registering for classes.  Registering without the consultation of an advisor could result in a student registering for a course that won't apply towards graduation or be eligible for financial aid.  Clicking on the Program Evaluation link in WebAdvisor can assist degree students with course selection.
